Statutory governance body managing municipal procurement, asset allocation, and systemic accountability metrics within the jurisdiction of Leyte, Leyte.
Pursuant to the Local Government Code of 1991, the Office of the Municipal Administrator provides critical administrative support and coordination across local government operations. Under the direct supervision, direction, and control of the Municipal Mayor, the office assists in coordinating departmental outputs, implementing executive policies, and streamlining organizational workflows to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of public services.
Concurrently, the office provides vital administrative facilitation for local governance frameworks, supporting transparency mechanisms and institutional processes across municipal operations, including administrative support for the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) pursuant to Republic Act No. 9184.
